Don’t bother trying to reach Stratford branch by telephone to discuss account issues. You will just be routed to a call centre and told that you have to make an appointment.

I have had an issue with fraud department and Kelly Purdy and a teller(forgot her name) helped me a lot and reactivated my account. I found everyone was really helpful. I thank a lot to Kelly for really taking my case seriously.

They used to be bery nice here. We really liked banking here years ago. Not anymore. Now they will pick your pocket every chance they get and with attitude too. Terrible what has happened to banks. Best to use online banking. Simpli has been very good to us.
