Strathroy Audio Video opened it's doors in 1982. Since it's inception, our stores foundation has been customer service and satisfaction. In today's big box store era, when purchasing a new TV or audio system, true old school service has been lost, and in turn, true customer satisfaction.

    We just purchased a television and sound system from them. Pricing was excellent. There was an issue with one of the products (to no fault of their own). They went above and beyond to rectify the issue. The issue was dealt with within a half hour. You would never get that kind of customer service elsewhere! So glad we purchased... read full comment

    Nothing but the best experience while looking for a tv. Friendly stuff and lots of knowledge when explaining the differences between certain tv and what would be best for us. I'd definitely go back.
