If i could leave 0 stars i would.I work 8 to 5:30 shifts 5 to 6 days a week, why is this important to know? Because held packages at the Post Office have a 7 to 10 day holding policy, where they send back your package to the original sender after that period of time if you don't collect. But i physically work longer on my own than the whole office is even open on most days.Why is this a problem? Because they have claimed to deliver my package on Friday September 1st at 10am at a business office right next to their building, but have not. On their tracking app they claim to also have left a note on the door, which they have not, and we know this because the people who work there do not leave random notes on the door, as it is space for advertisements, and needs to be free for more posters.In total, they have lied about delivery, lied about leaving notes for us, are holding my package at their office on a friday, while being closed for 3 days in a row which including friday takes up 4 days of their 7 to 10 day holding policy, and will charge me a holding fee when i do get the chance to collect my parcel, which will be a very high cost due to my package being of high value.Overall, they are scammers, liars and lazy, terrible service and their charges and policies are written to enable that behaviour.This, unfortunately is not the first time they have done this, and as of writing this review, i just came back home after going to their office this morning because i was lucky enough to start a little later, only to find out that they are closed an extra day after their long weekend, which totals to 5 days out of their 7 to 10 day holding policy.My package is likely to be sent back, and none of it being my fault, only theirs, and they will try to make me pay for their mistakes on top of that.Avoid this place at all costs.

UPDATE to my 1 star review. I will take away many stars if I could. Got a notice in my mailbox on July 4th that I had a parcel to pick up. The date on the notice was June 28th (so someone had it for a full WEEK). I picked that one up on the 5th. Then I got a notice (FINAL NOTICE) in my mailbox on July 7th that I had something to pick up before July 14th or it would be returned. I left work today and drove into town (b/c I live in the country) to pick up whatever it was. I got there only to be told I'd already picked it up. THE GONG SHOW CONTINUES. USE PUROLATOR OR FEDEX. WORTH YOUR MONEY. Worst post office EVER!!!!!! Stay clear. You have been warned.1 star because I couldn't give less.......Worst post office ever...better off to drive to North Bay....believe me it will be quicker and MUCH less painful. It would be nice to just send my stuff off, even if it's going to be expensive paying priority post etc, without the one older lady there always screwing up her face in pain when she tells me how much it's going to be....every single time!! Not your money lady...just to your job without the commentary. I will say though, that the people who deliver my mail to my home/street are awesome, competent and very friendly.

They will not accommode you with there Hours. I work 7 to 5 every day. And Each time I get a package sent there I can't pick it up. They could be open a few hours on a Saturday or extended their hour once a week. Very frustrating.

Called in yesterday morning because a parcel i tried to retreive the night before, was stuck in my community mailbox. The key I was given didn't work/door was frozen. The lady, even though wasn't technically her job went out of her way to help and I think reached out to the driver of my route! I checked last night and a different key was left for a different community mailbox and BINGO! I got it! Thank you Canada Post! You guys are getting on the right track! Thank you Thank you!

Very bad service especially with parcel deliveries. Over the past few years my parcels have been delivered to the wrong address about 20% of the time. Furthermore the parcel deliver individuals from this location are so lazy they never even bother to ring the doorbell half the time to make a delivery attempt they just leave a door hanger and make you go to post office.As an Amazon customer I am very happy they no longer use Canada post for the items they fulfill and ship. With the courier Amazon uses now I always get an email with a picture of my item(s) when they are safe dropped. Why isn't Canada post providing that type of assurance it's the year 2021 get with it your service sucks!

Laziest canada post workers to date. Canada posts holiday schedule said all office would be open Jan 3rd, this one chose to not service the town. On top of this, they are so understaffed/lazy, they have never delivered mail to my home, nor do they scan deliveries in correctly. Seriously need to hire more staff to account for mail volumn.

For one they never answer there phone I leave a message with no one ever calling back. Also they say my package is delivered but it never was I was home the day I got the delivered email but nothing was dropped off made a ticket to investigate and 7 days later still nothing I go in person to the post office and no help at all I'm veary annoyed with this post office.

Packages that are to be delivered to the door NEVER are..They always leave the ticket in the mail box. And I know that they didn't come to the door becauseI was home during those times.
