“Reading all the reviews was hard for us to do. We are consumers and also have a retail store, so we see both sides of the fence with complete understanding! We went in for 2 pairs of shoes for my wife, the store was not that busy so the customer service was top notch for us. The manager was in and he set us up with a lady to help us. My wife was happy and the shoes, they where very good like the saleslady said they would for her and her condition. We are going back very soon to get shoes for me now.”

“Nice store and helpful staff. Always greeted and very friendly. It's not entirely accessible if you have a wheelchair or walker... lots of stuff everywhere with little room to move, especially if busy. Products can be pricey, but they do have good deals from time to time. Often, I find they don't have my size in shoes/boots, which sucks.”
“Nice big store with lots of selection. I like that there is a clearance section in the back. The associates were pleasant and not pushy at all. The location is great, right on Merivale. This is a nice, clean store and worth the trip. I paid $77 on clearance for these awesome shoes!”

“Awesome service, i had come in looking for a linen suit for my wedding and i had to bring in my two daughters with me as i didnt have anyone to watch them. felt very comfortable going in with them and always made me feel welcomed and prioritized. making a decision on a suit was a breeze as they knew exactly what i was looking for and did it in a timely manner. i would recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality, great prices, and even better service. thanks Lucy!!
