I never wait, whatever appointment you have they usually have you in within 15 minutes of the appointment time and the prices are reasonable and they will work with you. most recently I had my truck checked out because I plan on taking a very long trip they went top to bottom front to back every single thing that was wrong they checked with me first before they did any work on every single thing and then when I approved they took care of immediately and they always went above and beyond for me.
