“If this location isn't the best run in the city I'd be surprised, I have used U-Haul a few times in my life and usually received adequate service. This location is run much better than others. The current management here (Katherine) is second to none, and frankly someone should give her a raise or promotion or both before someone else does. Of all the places you could choose for self storage, or truck rental, just come here and save your time.”

“Our experience with Grosse Pointe Moving was outstanding in all aspects. The quoting process went very well with Zak and Kyle and the video conferencing was extremely helpful. The day of the move started out rainy but our crew arrived on time, to Canton, MI. They were efficient and careful with all our furniture and nothing was damaged (my grandma's cedar chest came through in perfect condition, and there wasn't a mark on any of the walls). We couldn't have asked for more from Nick and the crew and we were extremely happy at the end of the day. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and our real estate agent.

“Super friendly & very helpful staff in a safe & reliable storage business. I've used Access storage as well as other storage businesses & I found Access to be more professional & secure than other businesses. I also appreciate that their staff treat us like family & help whenever possible, going the extra mile for their clients. This is an unbiased review but be wary of other businesses. The last storage business I used had terrible security, no working security cameras, fire extinguishers in violation of safety protocols, & was paying people for 5 star reviews. I could have stayed there cheaper but it wasn't worth the risk to my property. I feel very confident in saying that your belongings are safe with Access & I highly recommend them. Thank you to Alena & her terrific team on Walker Rd for great service.”

“Just had 2 fine young men ( Terrance & Nassir) come to my residence and remove a sleeper sofa and loveseat. Terrance and Nassir both were pleasant and professional from the moment they arrived to the time they departed. They were also very eager and patient in answering any and all questions/concerns I had. The 2 pieces I had were heavy and bulky! They carefully got them through a small space (hallway) and out the door with no damage to my walls, floors, or doors. Very Happy with the entire process! I also am more than pleased with the quick scheduling and more than fair pricing, which I say Thank You to the owner (Damian) for! I called Liberty via a Google search on Monday 7/24, and All Is Done Tuesday 7/25! Really Impressed Big Time and Will Call on them again, FOR SURE!”

“Well I got to say I used D&D moving and Storage, I called they came and gave me estimate once I agreed they packed the whole house and it was last minute, emergency because I didn't have no where to go, but they took the time and bubble wrapped expensive stuff and everything and I kept my stuff there probably a year before I bought my house and that was 1995, they did an amazing job and as for my stuff still the same as when I put it in there.”

“I needed a storage facility and it was 4:30 in the evening. I googled and found Access Storage had the best rating. I called and they were closing at 5pm so I rushed to the facility on Manning Road. I got there at 4:45pm, and met Cathy. She was new to the site but she expertly took care of me, did not mind that it was late, took me to the storage space even though it was past closing time. She found the most suitable spot as I had specific storage requirements and made me feel like a very valuable customer, as though I was buying a very expensive item. She followed up the next day via a call to see if I had received text on how to get access to my account. It was a very pleasant experience and appreciated how well I was taken care .
