“I come here a lot, this store is always super busy and it’s for a good reason. The fruits and vegetables are always really fresh. You can tell they’re throwing out the old stuff. It’s always the same lady at the register too. She’s quick and efficient.”

“Foodland has a wide range of items available including many items for people with sensitivities to gluten or other health concerns. The produce is usually quite good and there is a reasonably large selection. I do most of my grocery shopping here.”

“The absolute audacity of the person below commenting one star because they wanted cuts from the deli with 4 minutes until close. The most basic unspoken social contract is that workers serve customers during hours. And we as the customers respect closing times. Or at least have common sense enough to recognize that they probably have to cut, clean, sanitize and count money or whatever else they have to do to close their department and leave their shift. Your inability to manage your time well enough to avoid coming in the last three minutes of a place which is open MORE than 12 hours a day is not their emergency. Go get a job where you work with the public. Guaranteed if you had one, you wouldn’t waltz into a store with under 4 minutes until close and waste your time by posting entitled comments like this.”
“They have stuff in there that other stores don't have like Kroger's they have more foods like normal people pork chops neck bones ribs and where have we it's a market and I shop in there all the time meats are reasonable check it out if you like down to earth meet”
“After being up all night with my husband doubled over in pain, I needed to go out to find him some medication. None of the pharmacies near us are 24 hours anymore, so I had to wait until morning. It was Christmas eve and the internet said that Sobeys opened at 6am, sooner than anyone else. I was so relieved. I got there shortly after they opened and grabbed what I needed. I thanked the cashier for being available to work so early in the morning, especially on Christmas eve. She happened to mention that they weren't not even supposed to be open until 7, but a mistake was made on Google so they opened an hour early. I told her my situation and how incredibly grateful I was that everyone was there and wished her a Merry Christmas. Thank you Sobeys for coming to my early morning rescue.”

“I wanna give my review for the metro I visited in Central Mall, Windsor. I live in toronto and I visited there to purchase some seafood for dinner as I was on vacation there. So, I asked a person working there named Helee, she helped me with the purchase of items I needed. After taking her guidance, I got some salmon and frozen seafood platter, marinated trout filled and some spices from the spices and condiments aisls from the store. She was really friendly and kind and provided an exceptional service to me. Apart from that, the customer services person was also kind and nice and they provided me good service as well.”
