“I had a really good experience here in spite of all the bad reviews! I was visiting Haileybury from Ottawa and as I got off the bus I was hungry and thirsty. Bought some beverages at the convenience store and the guy at the cash was super nice! Bought a sandwich at subway twice and both ladies at the cash were so sweet. Younger lady with black hair and another young lady with blond pink hair were both incredible! Sandwiches were awesome. They were generous with the veggies unlike in Ottawa where subway workers are so stingy. I came here both at subway and the convenience store a few times and never had a bad experience. Ironically most bad reviews are about the people but to me the people are what made this place stand out. In a world full of unhappy and miserable people it’s nice to be served by genuinely happy and kind people. Ps make sure to tip. They work hard and deserve it.”
