“Pharmasave Thamesford is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. I have some complex medical conditions and the team there *always* make sure I have what I need and never have to go without. They’ve never made an error filling a prescription either, which is a big problem I’ve encountered at pretty much every other pharmacy. The team is very friendly, and although the hours aren’t always the most convenient, it’s worth working around for the fantastic service they always provide!”

“I cannot say enough about the service Chris and the team in the pharmacy provided my family and I. We visited another local pharmacy in town and left pretty quickly when we were told to find the individual medication on the shelves ourselves. At Pharmasave, we were taken care of professionally and they filled our prescriptions promptly. They did their best to accommodate us and the situation we were in, and our girls are now on the road to recovery. This pharmacy consistently provides that level of care, with a team that is attentive, compassionate, and always willing to help whenever needed. Sam is an exceptional Pharmacist who is incredibly knowledgeable and has a clear passion for his work. He always takes the time to explain things clearly and answer any questions, making sure you feel comfortable, informed, and confident in the care you receive. Sarah deserves an honourable mention as well. She is someone who will, without a doubt, always go out of her way to help. She has such a natural way of connecting with people, making every interaction feel positive and personal. She always greets me with a smile, and is incredibly patient and understanding, especially as I can be quite forgetful. She helps me keep track of things, always gives reminders when I need them, and always makes sure I have everything I need. I am incredibly grateful for the amazing support, professionalism, and level of care that Dorchester IDA provides. “I’m from east end london but grew up in a small town north of here. I can’t say enough how refreshing it is to shop in Dorchester in general, the small town experience keeps bringing me back.
