“Great pharmacy close to Western university with excellent customer service. The staff are always helpful, personable, very knowledgeable and easy to reach. I’ve called multiple times for prescription transfers and medication questions, and they were always professional and accommodating. They also call when prescriptions are ready, which makes things simple. The location is very convenient for Western students, and the 10 minute free parking for pickup is a big plus. I highly recommend them, especially for parents with kids at Western, you can trust they’ll take good care of prescriptions.”

“10 outta 10 would recommend!!! This small pharmacy is run by a wonderful pharmacist! She is kind, caring, thoughtful, and is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the health, safety and satisfaction of her customers. The pharmacy is a small hidden gem here. While the store seems bare bones, no shelves of overpriced merchandise (looking at you Shoppers!). The pharmacist is willing to order in certain items that one would normally purchase while picking up their perscriptions, like meal shakes, etc, but this pharmacy's focus is mainly on filling prescriptions, fair prices, and treating her customers like human beings who deserve care, respect, instead of treating customers like walking dollar signs their to be ripped off for maximum profits, (looking at you again Shoppers). In summation I can't express positively enough this pharmacy to the public. Please dont come to this pharmacy with a bad, self centered attitude. This is a place for kindness, empathy, fairness, and mutual respect if we are to keep this pharmacy the gem that it is, in a world crumbling to selfish ideologies, cancel culture vultures, This pharmacy remains a place that can restore one's faith in humanity, one prescription at a time.”

“One of the best pharmacies I have ever used putting the bigger ones to shame, they fill your prescriptions the day of renewal without any requirements of you unlike shoppers drug mart or Rexall who can't even seem to do so with you babysitting them, this pharmacy goes above and beyond for there customers with a particular example being a day when there power was out, with me not being able to reach them they filled them, called me on there own accord and allowed me to pick them up despite the store technically being closed due to the circumstances, the pharmacist waited for me to arrive just to fill my prescription with no other customers or staff, simply cannot recommend enough.”
