“Such a wonderful experience. These guys turned a a potential nightmare into a dream. The Previous owner butchered a windshield install. The seal at the top of the windshield was never installed. The fix required to either replace or reinstall the windshield. I was advised that there was a 50/50 risk of breakage. Abdul and his co-workers saved my oem bmw windshield and did a phenomenal job reinstalling the windshield with a proper weather seal. I highly recommend this place for all your automotive window needs. True professionals!!”

When I arrived, I suddenly realized I had forgotten my car key. Since I usually unlock my car with my phone, I haven’t carried my key in a long time. Going back home wasn’t an option because I live quite far away, and I was worried about being late to pick up my son from camp.

Because the car had to remain unlocked during the windshield replacement, my phone needed to stay with the vehicle while they worked. Even though they could have simply kept my phone in the work area and continued with the repair, Rick went out of his way to bring it to me while I was waiting so I wouldn’t be sitting there without it. Whenever I was finished using it, he would take it back so they could continue working. It was such a thoughtful gesture that I never expected, and it made a stressful situation so much easier.

I was originally told the replacement would take about four hours. Knowing I was waiting without my key, Rick and the team somehow finished everything in just two hours! I was genuinely amazed by their efficiency and how much they cared about helping me.
