“I came into the service shop with two issues to address: a replacement of the front bumper and a full paint job of the hood of the car I turned in.
Despite it being dark at the time, Kirk (Owner/Manager) and his associates were able to give an initial examination of the wear-and-tear, then give me an initial agreed-upon quote (cash payment deducts the tax from your service fee, keep that in mind).
There were delays in the completion of the vehicle due to the holiday weather conditions, but after coming to pick up the finished job, Kirk actually informed me that he had completely touched up the trunk area on top (free of charge) with fresh paint from the original manufacturer and make date; there was even attention to detail in replacing my rusted license plate screws.
This business is home to workers dedicated to their craft and without penchant to extort from their customers. There are still a few parts to touch up with my vehicle, and Linwood Motors is among my foremost picks for your auto needs!”

They said I could, and when I got there less than an hour later, the battery was right at the counter, waiting for me.
