“I had to visit this location to get some prescriptions. Even though I was only there for 5 minutes (to drop off and then go back and pick up), the impression Shilka made on my experience was notable. Unfortunately, many Pharmacists quickly walk through the instructions with a blank expression making you feel they are trying to move on to the next person. Shilka, wasn't like that. She explained everything and answered my questions politely and professionally. I had also not provided my insurance information when dropping off the prescription (which is what you are supposed do to apparently), and instead of saying they couldn't process it for me, she kindly submitted the med costs to the insurance companies without hesitation empathizing with my ignorance and made the entire experience worth noting. I will come back to this location for future prescriptions. It's too bad not all Pharmacists are not like her.”
“The owners and the technicians are really nice. If you submit your script ahead of time they will have it ready. They will try and order stuff that other pharmacy may not carry for you. Great customer service overall.

They first said 1-2 hour wait, but upon seeing my child’s swollen face they offered to make it right away- this was incredibly kind of them. Both staff members that I spoke to were friendly and patient with me as I gathered my insurance information.
Medicines were explained to me thoroughly, and all of my questions were answered.

My family visited today for Covid pediatric shots booked online.
(1) We were booked at 11:30 am online and got the confirmation text. But the store opened at 12 pm.
We had to wait for 30 mins.
(2) Jenny went to extra way to accomodated our appointment and gave the shots
She was very busy but worked and spoke professionally.
