“I like buying some things at this store. I don't like what is going with the Pharmacy for this store. I wanted to get my medication at this pharmacy store and I got rejected by the Asian woman saying that I might have pay a fee for my medication. I don't like that this Pharmacy store is rejecting my drug plan for my medication. I went to other Shoppers Drug Mart in the past and they took my drug plan for my medication. If you guys can't anybody else people drug plans for medication then you guys should close your pharmacy store medication and move to another place. The staff needs to be busy each weekend when some people is coming to this store.”

“The newest pharmacist I met at this location was probably the nicest, most caring pharmacist I've ever encountered. I'm 9 months pregnant and when I picked up my prescription, she sat with me in her cubicle and answered all of my questions with patience and care. She explained everything to me and walked me through it all, never making me feel rushed or like a nuisance.”
