The staffs are always very nice here. I brought my dog in at a quiet time for a training session. One of the staffs gave me some good recommendations, I didn’t get her name but she even noticed my dog needs space and she let me know right away when there’s an off leash dog walking in. I really appreciate it!

Has everything I need for my dog and carries his favourite food brand (Stella and Chewy’s). They offer a variety of loyalty programs on pet foods, depending on the brand. Staff is always friendly and helpful

Very professional friendly staff. I love the return policy as well. My cat didn't agree with the scented litter I purchased and was exchanged with unscented, no problem.
