The first set was too small so I ended up contacting the company to see about a size exchange and Nicholas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He called me personally to talk and help me pick the correct size for my dog. Top notch customer service and excellent product. Since finding the right size, the boots are super durable, stay on, and keep my dogs feet dry.”
