He called me personally to talk and help me pick the correct size for my dog. Top notch customer service and excellent product. Since finding the right size, the boots are super durable, stay on, and keep my dogs feet dry.”

“When I first went there it was of desperation as I usually go to the Richmond hill location. They didn’t have the dog food that I usually get and the Boreal Zinpro but they said that they could special order it for me. An till today I can go in and they will have my special order in stock.”

One of the staffs gave me some good recommendations, I didn’t get her name but she even noticed my dog needs space and she let me know right away when there’s an off leash dog walking in. “It is amazing jow, the staff are great and the fish seem to be in good condition. However it is not a 5 star because there have been very rude staff in the past and one of their fish caused and outbreak of a disease in my aquarium.”
