I waited for 20 minutes only to find out that the appointment I booked through the Contact Centre wasn’t recorded at all. The manager explained that the Contact Centre and the branch’s calendar system are not linked.

I totally understand why they got that low score in google reviews. I came for a service but it feel that I was treated badly. I don’t know if I disturbed their break time? Edgar feels a bit unhappy as I came to get a regular service
