“I bought winter tires from Mr Amir last year. I just put them back on last week. Last night at 3am, I'm just next to his store and I hear a funny noise from my right side. I stop and see a huge nail sticking out... I left my car in front of his shop. This morning I go there and he checks... luckily the nail went right in between the crevasses of the tire... he pulls out the nail and his assistant puts in a rubber filler. They heat it up and wait 30 seconds. Then they put water 3 or 4 times... no bubbles... the hole is fixed. I get ready to pay, he says we're good buddy.. I insist on paying something... he says we're good my friend... have a great day. Mentally I was ready to buy a new winter tire. But he didn't take advantage, the opposite... he helped and didn't charge. He taught me the beauty of Canada's mix of cultures and I learned about Persian style customer service. Thanks you Sir! “I set up an appointment for this past Tuesday, July 2, knowing that it would be a lengthy and costly appointment. I walked in at 8am to the manager and an employee speaking to one another. The Manager immediately stopped his conversation and turned to address me (something that RARELY happens today). He then confirmed everything I needed done to my car. He made sure I was aware that it might take a while and offered me a ride home or wherever I needed to be. I decided to wait there. When they diagnosed what was wrong with my car, the manager came to tell me exactly what they had found and what the course of action should be, and also how much it would cost. And, not even an approximation, but a pretty darn accurate quote. Long story short...they are no nonsense, honest, accurate, courteous, and customer-focused, all adjectives you don't normally associate with mechanic shops. Whenever there is something wrong with my car, I don't think twice about where I'm going to take it...neither should YOU!”

I went to Tire Depot on Doncaster walk-in service and their service and honesty are exemplary. I went for an oil change and felt that there was something wrong with my car after I drove it home.
The mechanic Safi told me to have my car towed by CAA as I was nervous to drive it.
I have to commend him as he took my worry seriously and thoroughly checked my vehicle and reassured me that everything was fine.
Very professional attitude.
