“I have been car shopping for several months and finally came across my dream car in the showroom. Made a very fair deal with Hugo on a handshake with an arragement to pick up the following week. I picked up the car and noticed there was an issue with the tires. Arranged with Hugo to see the mechanic. It turns out there was a small issue with the rims and tires. Hugo stepped up immediately and had all taken care of by the next day.

“I dealt with Arya at Nexcar auto sales and thought that we had got lucky and found the vehicle for us. We were made to feel very much at ease being told if anything came up feel free to come by and it would be dealt with. We got the extended warranty, also paid cash on the spot. I was a bit shocked that he had charged 50 bucks for the gas, a little over quarter tank. Four months after leaving the lot, on my bday serious issues light up on screen. I call Nexcar, and speak to Arya the guy who came across in a manner that seemed so decent at that time, what a difference 4 months made. Rude, not helpful, and when I suggested I bring it there to the place that did all the work to make it road ready which seemed logical as they were most familiar with it. I was told that he would charge me 120 cash for the diagnostic that was covered under the warranty he sold us! I went to a place that takes our warranty package, yet still cannot get them to address the problem. To anyone out there who doesn't have 20k to just throw out there and hope for the best....get your next car somewhere other than that place. Had hoped to have great things to tell people...I guess a warning is better than making the same error I made.”
