Originally was looking for a type of protein and called in to see if they had it which they didn't. I was talking to a Giancarlo who works there and was not only great with customer service, but was sincerely with helping me get the type of protein I needed based on what I was looking for. Health and Halal was top of the list. He found one's that matched my criteria and even explained each component in it and it's effects.”
“TLDR: Immaculate customer service and patient support, if you’re not getting prescriptions filled here, you should be.
I called in to get information on how to treat a migraine. The pharmacist talked me through all the treatment options and provided recommendations for me. He then checked in on me that evening to see if the treatment worked even though I wasn’t a customer!
Having since transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy (which was completed with 1 easy, no hassle text message with my information) the service continues to be just as phenomenal. Same day prescriptions filled out and delivered to my building. No fuss. Easy online payments.
I didn’t realize this was the type of experience a pharmacy could provide. Would recommend 11/10.”

I’ve lived in the neighbourhood for over 20 years and I’ve never been in before. So happy to find out you’ve been in business since 1977. I love supporting a local shop.”
“Have been looking for the 3.8L size Dr. Bronner's soap for months. This location had multiple available, including other sizes. The staff were very friendly. The price for this soap was cheaper than most other stores (amazon, superstore) but not as cheap as Winners (but it's been out of stock for months in the 946mL option)I'll return here in the future to support a small business.”

I switched here after the spot across the street because they take visa / MasterCard and debit and cash. Across the street is only debit. It's a much nicer experience with easier to navigate shopping.”
“I checked this store for the first time after living in the area for almost a decade! The older man (I think it was Greg? Sorry I forgot his name) who helped me was friendly and helpful. He was also knowledgeable about the supplements. Getting into wellness is overwhelming and the staff here just makes it easier for people who are looking to improve their health. “i use coming here often as a way to ensure i get 10k steps in, always buying a snack and a beverage. if it weren’t for the AMAZING staff, i’d have no attachment, and probably walk to natures emporium instead (shout out to AJ, Mo, and every one else who’s names i don’t yet know, but who’s warm welcomes and interactions always make my days so much better…)
The manager has slayed his duties by hiring such sweethearts. “I love this Danforth location and have been going here for years. Love their regular sales each month and always get various supplements and health products and foods.
I recently discovered their pasture raised eggs by Alderwood Farms and love the taste and rich orangey colour of the yolks. This deep colour is always an indication of the grass and bugs these happy chickens are eating outdoors! And I don't mind paying extra for these eggs that come from happy chickens because they are double the nutrients compared to standard eggs from grain-fed indoor caged chickens.
The staff here are also helpful and friendly. Big thanks to Eddy at the Danforth store!”

While i was at Nutrition House of Eaton Centre, that time was very nice-kind lady, owner of that store. i bought few supplements products with actually good price. i know store is small, but i gave five (5) stars because of my satisfactory experience. Soon i will go back to NHEC. Say Hi to the owner lady, and buy more supplements. Next time if you/one go to that store, have some knowledge about product you are looking for, and definitely be nice to the personnel. They working underground, so be Sunshine to them!”
