“Wish I could give them more than five stars! From collision to repair and beyond, this team was professional, kind, sympathetic, and quick. They helped deal with my insurance and called every step of the way to give me updates. The repair looks amazing (just like new) and they even detailed the car down to using tire shine. The car looks brand new and it's 9 years old!!! I could not be more impressed with their work. They even offered to reattach a panel near my rear window that had popped off years prior. “I was having some car issues and I had to pull off the road. I was alone and I panicked because I didn’t have anyone to reach out to for help. I looked up any car repair places near me and this place was a little further up the street. I was able to get my vehicle there and because I was panicking I was crying and a mess it was embarrassing but the mechanic there didn’t hesitate to stop what he was doing grabbed what he needed and helped me get on my way. Didn’t matter that they had no time available and were busy. I didn’t get his name or the other gentleman from the front desk that made me feel better but I want to say thank you again so so much. I will definitely start coming here instead from now on.”
“Best place to take your vehicle. I had an old van that was leaking fluids - took it to Pin Oak. They said they'd run some tests to find out where the leaks were coming from - they called me within half an hour - they only needed to do one test (only charged me for one test). John the owner informed me that the van was badly rusted underneath and although, he could do repairs strongly suggested it wasn't worth it and I should scrap it.
He then offered to check out any car I was thinking about buying - no charge.
I brought him a car I wanted -he took it for a test run, put it up on the hoist etc. He answered all the questions I had and even looked over the warranty that was offered. Didn't charge me a cent.
I felt really comfortable buying the car after John looked it all over.

“Just recently purchased a car from VW in St. Catharines. After calling to speak to someone regarding a VW promotion, I was connected with Josh Dawe in their sales department. Josh was very friendly, very professional and personable with made him easy to deal with. Josh made the car buying experience easy and had our best interests in mind when it came to putting together a deal for the car. He gave us a great price on our trade in and worked in some additional perks as well. He did not push anything on us and answered all questions and concerns we had. He walked us through all necessary steps and made sure everything was perfect for us.Aside from Josh's excellent help, the rest of the staff and the facility were great. “I needed a part for my vehicle. I went to Toyota, the parts guy said he couldn’t find what I was looking for because it wasn’t listed in his computer screen for my vehicle year and model. I told him to look up a different car for this Toyota part still no luck. I found LKQ through an internet search, not only did he find what I needed,the part was new, he gave it to me for a reduced price and I picked it up the next day. My entire experience with LKQ was top tier; attentive, polite, and very professional. I actually felt they cared that I was able to get what I needed fast and at a great price without any hassle.
