“I was having some car issues and I had to pull off the road. I was alone and I panicked because I didn’t have anyone to reach out to for help. I looked up any car repair places near me and this place was a little further up the street. I was able to get my vehicle there and because I was panicking I was crying and a mess it was embarrassing but the mechanic there didn’t hesitate to stop what he was doing grabbed what he needed and helped me get on my way. Didn’t matter that they had no time available and were busy. I didn’t get his name or the other gentleman from the front desk that made me feel better but I want to say thank you again so so much. I will definitely start coming here instead from now on.”

I told him to look up a different car for this Toyota part still no luck. I found LKQ through an internet search, not only did he find what I needed,the part was new, he gave it to me for a reduced price and I picked it up the next day. My entire experience with LKQ was top tier; attentive, polite, and very professional. I actually felt they cared that I was able to get what I needed fast and at a great price without any hassle.
