“Had a great experience. They didnt hover around me as I tried on glasses but were quick to help when I asked them a question. They were knowledgeable and friendly and I got 2 pairs of single vision glasses for $170.00 (which is half the price of 1 pair at my optometrist office!) and they were ready to be picked up in a week.”

“I have to tell you about an employees named Alexis. She went out of her way to help me find 4 different products was lovely to speak with made the effort to ask her other employees but they gave her a bit of a hard time. My wife and I could not have found the 4 products with out her plus she suggested a cheaper version, a healthier one because it is hard to chew for my wife and just made the day better with her smile. I wish you had more employees like her who didn’t just forget about people when they went to the back to check on merchandise and if you have it or not. What a lovely woman who dropped everything and took great pride in helping us and saw us later and remembered which products we needed and made sure she did her absolute best to help this elderly couple who were nuts haha private joke between us.We were in yesterday and will be back because of this young lady”

“We were there for an unexpected winter tire purchase for our road trip to BC. Reno was a huge road trip life saver. He gave expert advice, very quick wit and positive attitude, and was even able to squeeze us in so we could get back on the road with minimal delays. I highly recommend seeing Reno in the Auto Parts and Service department. He has a great team in the shop. I would stop by again going through Thunder Bay on our next trip. Thank you Reno!”
