“My fiancé and I drove from BC to our new home in ON and decided to stop at Santorelli’s for the night. HUGE lot to park in and just enough light to keep you feeling safe without keeping you up all night. Super friendly staff and amazingly clean bathrooms/shower facilities. Grandma’s restaurant had great breakfast options and portion sizes, they are also open late-ish. Definitely recommended this stop to anyone who finds themselves in need of a good night sleep and a full belly!”
“It may be far off at the end of city road, but it's quiet and peaceful . My mom bought me a Storm Angeconeb Purse from here and it was really nice. They do supply some native northwest items ? which helps support Indigenous Artists. Over all, it's nice to come here ?”

Was in town for work (from Toronto area) and my van broke down just as I was to head back home. Went to Auto Medic and they had me fixed up in just a couple hours. Other shops I called first couldn't even see me for over 24hrs. Fast and Friendly.

“Stopped here twice during our 2022 trip. Once on way out, and once on way home. Competitive price. Right on main road if you are trying to avoid the heart of Thunder Bay. Across street from a large food store and a Walmart and several eating places. Paid at pump so no comment about staff.”

“It is a good location and they are so for the world of COVID at this tribe. The bathroom as clean enough they have a typical assortment you would expect to find in a gas station store.”
“We have been eating here for years but the menu had aged and shrunk so we hadn’t been back for a while. We stopped for a takeout last night and were pleasantly surprised by a large new menu. I had the fried chicken which came with Cole slaw, good fries and a side choice of garlic soup. Not enough garlic to bother any vampires but it was a good creamy potato soup. My wife had a pork chop special which was the size of a small steak.we will be back sooner than later.”

“Excellent experience at this gas station and convenience store. Customer service was good, and the staff who went out of their way to help me find the drink I wanted. They offer Air Miles on gas refills, which is a nice bonus, and have a great selection of beverages and snacks. All pumps were working, and there was no long wait. Clean, organized, and efficient — I’ll definitely be back.”
“This is a great country store that offers a lot including fresh food choices from inhouse kitchen. Very clean, always lots of staff on hand. Big impovement over previous ownership and I don't mind paying a bit more for quality from a local merchant.”

“This station is prepaid only, however there are no signs suggesting prepaid anything. I put the nozzle in my vehicle and waited for the pump to activate. Instead, I heard a voice on the intercom asking me to go inside to prepay. The staff was very friendly. I even went back inside afterwards to get a proper receipt with no issues. Overall, no complaints other than having to prepay.”

“We’re travelers in desperate need of a hot shower and a washing machine and got both here super cheap!
Two of us shared a shower for 7$ and could use washing machine and dryer for a total of 5$. Can’t get it cheaper!
While you wait for your laundry make sure to have some poutine in the restaurant.
All staff was very friendly, we enjoyed warming up and getting things done on a grey cloudy day! Thank you!”

“Love being able pay with the app on my phone, and just drive away when I have filled up. And I get bonus Air Miles for being a member of the Shell Go+ program. You have to get gas somewhere, why not be rewarded for your loyalty. If you think that Big Oil companies are gouging customers, take a look at what your government or your bank are doing with your money.”

“Feb 09, 2023 early morning.Gas pumps and surrounding area are clean and well lit. The store front is faced and well stocked. The bathroom is clean. Soap dispenser works and had soap in it. Paper towel was available.The CSR was friendly and let me know the money I saved on a promotion going onin store.Overall great experience.Good job!”
