“This store is like a little hidden gem, i only shopped online but it feels like such a personal experience, the team even contacted me because there the box didn’t look perfect and it had a small imperfection, the level of transparency is amazing and appreciated. Their prices are competitive and even better than big box stores and their customer service is amazing!”

“Thanks for fixing up the Blanco faucet. It is working better than new and the pressure now is awesome. I went to two other popular plumbing stores (won't mention their names) here in Thunder Bay and no one would even really look at the problem I was having with the faucet - they had no tools to remove the aerator and they really didn’t give a damn! Suggested maybe I should just purchase a new faucet!!!The service Denis provided was exceptional. Denis removed the old aerator, replaced with a new one while I waited. I brought the faucet home, connected it and it works better than it did when it was new.FANTASTIC FRIENDLY SERVICEThanks again . . .Doug Brown”

“Roberts plumbing called me back when I left a message. No one else did. He helped me troubleshoot on the phone and when we couldn’t resolve it came out first thing the next morning and fixed the problem. Excellent customer service!!! Highly recommend them.”
