“I love the place but I have to give some feedback. They need to go back to the original purchase habits of the old owners. The place was overflowing with toys and had way more options for kids. They are a go to place for toys for kids but they need to expand the options for kids now that toys r us has left the city. Message to the new owners get more inventory options for kids toys from 3 to 10. Other than that your doing pretty good”
“I went there 15 July 2025 to get a Delta cartridge for a shower. The staff member went over to the bin and retrieved one, verified the new part number with the old one and warrantied the new one. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Excellent customer service!”

“Roberts plumbing called me back when I left a message. No one else did. He helped me troubleshoot on the phone and when we couldn’t resolve it came out first thing the next morning and fixed the problem. Excellent customer service!!! Highly recommend them.”

“Tool Time is one of my favorite stores, they have everything & then some! Special kudos to Christina who always provides the best customer service and is very knowledgeable in a variety of areas from mouse traps, to magnet fishing & geocaching - and that was just my last trip! Highly recommend.”
