Since snow checking my 2022 Polaris Maytrx from J&J Sports back in the spring of 2021, I have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with everyone that works there. I've especially been impressed by Cole's expertise, knowledge and care in parts and Mason's positivity, attentiveness and follow up in service. It has made owning my first new snowmobile a pleasure. Keep up the great work!

J&J sports eh! This guy (mason) wanted nothing to do with helping me. The sound in his voice just for having to call me back was like a sound of disgust. Like - why should I call a paying customer back . I just wanted him to look into some codes for me (something I figured they would have experience in since they are the ones who sold this specific machine) and give me an idea of what sort of problems I’m having. Said they are swamped and I’d have to book next week - I told him I’m out of town and just wanted some codes checked (as I need my machine to get work done at camp this trip and wanted to know if I’d be at risk running it or if it was just a sensor) but no interest in wanting to help a paying customer out - Just no enthusiasm at all . I’m sure your a good guy mason but terrible customer service bud which doesn’t reflect well on J&J sports overall (I supported many small businesses during lock downs) - I took time out of my day to try to give you business at the very least you should try to pretend to care next time!

Bought a new 450 Polaris Sportsman from here. Have only had it for a little over 6 months. I have less than 50 km's on it and have had nothing but starting issues with it. Spark plug needs to be changed everytime I've used it. Had it brought in to them to be fixed. They tell me they can't find a problem with it and that I'm not running it hard enough. I need to be able to start it before I can run it. Nothing but headaches with this machine. I highly recommend another dealer with competent mechanics and mgt that puts a little more effort into servicing the product that they sell.

Poor service, with three that I could see were working in the show room (one on the phone). Maybe it was assumed I wasn’t a serious buyer??? “Yep...they're outside.” No one came out and discuss the differences between them or the prices of each. According to the product website, this is the only place in town who sell the product I was looking for. Their poor service did end up working out to my advantage however. Though not exactly what I was looking for, I ended up finding an exceptionally good deal (with the same brand motor and more cc). It’s really unfortunate though, because I do prefer to shop local whenever possible. This is not the first time I’ve felt this when coming into this business, so I don’t think I will come to shop there again. I’ve never been one who expects someone to jump through hoops for me...but some kind of service would have been nice. I was outside with no interaction probably 25min before I decided to leave. There was only one other customer in the store while I was there.
