“I was there twice. The first time to look around and get some ideas and Mat, the Manager showed me the comfy Techniques chair and I fell in love. Then I have to switch the type of couch I wanted, tried some out, did more research and returned and spoke with Holly. I tried out the ones I found online and made my final decision. Holly was great as I don't want the furniture right away as I am recovering from surgery and need to shovel off the deck and walkway to access my front door. She was very helpful and gave some suggestions. Great place to deal with for household items and very reasonable prices for good quality items.”

A special shoutout to Gyan and Richard. I knew what I was looking for when I walked in, and I explained my wants and needs. They listened, guided me, and made some great suggestions without ever making me feel pressured. They really helped make the shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

One of the things I absolutely love about this store is the layaway program. Being able to get the furniture I want without taking out a loan or overextending myself financially is a huge win. I would much rather plan ahead, make my payments, and know that I am staying within my budget. That kind of flexibility is something I really appreciate.

If I could change one thing about the experience, it would be the process of calling out product numbers across the store to check inventory. I think investing in tablets with hand straps for the sales team would be a fantastic upgrade. It would eliminate the need to yell across the showroom, make things quieter, and create an even more seamless experience for both customers and staff.

Overall, 5 stars from me. Great selection, great people, and a layaway program that actually makes sense for someone who wants to furnish their home without getting themselves into unnecessary debt.
