“The staff is very good. I dealt with Emily and Charlene. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Wait times are a little long for getting some things but I understand it is out of their control. Their pricing is always good and they will let you know when sales are on.”

Then I have to switch the type of couch I wanted, tried some out, did more research and returned and spoke with Holly. I tried out the ones I found online and made my final decision. Holly was great as I don't want the furniture right away as I am recovering from surgery and need to shovel off the deck and walkway to access my front door. She was very helpful and gave some suggestions. Great place to deal with for household items and very reasonable prices for good quality items.”

“Purchased an Ultracomfort Powerlifter Chair for my mom recently after viewing on line with Reid’s. Staff were extremely helpful in ensuring we were getting the right product with all the features needed. Bonus that the chair was in stock in the colour we wanted and delivery arranged quickly.
