“I was beyond frustrated with the back pain I had been experiencing, and was convinced my bed was the cause. So today I finally caved and bought a new bed from Reid's Furniture. I got to say I had never been to Reid's before, but the store was great, and I had a great experience. Kathy and the other staff were great, and she went through lots of options with me. My order was ready right away, and I picked it up at their warehouse, where the guy even helped me load it into my truck. After that positive experience, I know I will be back to Reid's for more in the future. Also when taking apart my old bed, I seen a spring poking out the bottom of my old mattress, so I know this new bed from Reid's will be a massive help. ?”

They responded within a day from the e-mail, and after approving everything on my end, they had the furniture delivered the following day.
