“Manas was super helpful. I was having trouble finding a phone and a plan at the mall. I came to Marnic’s and they took care of me. Unique situation and the salesperson found a solution. I will be a repeat customer and recommend to my friends.”

“The staff is always so amazing, helpful, and friendly But I think I was overcharged yesterday. I bought some stuff on a 'Buy 3, Get 1' deal, but the cashier forgot to take off the $19 discount, so I ended up paying $80. (She was so lovely and friendly tho, probably just forgot) I hope I can get that $19 credited toward my next visit..”

“I had an amazing experience here. I was treated with genuine customer care and would definitely recommend this place. I received an honest quote, and the technician discussed the best option for me when I destroyed my iPhone. Seriously, the service was above and beyond! I'll be back—hopefully not too soon!”

“I'm so delighted by the customer service I received today by Dono, he is amazing and made my day. He should be promoted and a great representative of Koodo. He has great listening skills and excellent ability to solve complicated payment issues. Big respect to Dono. My champion. Daniel Akindipe”
