Always greeted when you enter & staff are very friendly & knowledgeable! Can’t say that about Petsmart ? Prices are reasonable & if you can’t find what you’re looking for they are always giving you suggestions ? The store is very clean & very organized! Love going to Ren’s Pet store now & they give once in a while giving coupons for $$ off your next visit from 10% or saving $20. on your next purchase! ”
“The staff are always good and the groomers do their best. I don't have an issue with this location. Online pick up can be tedious at times but I'm sure I just picked a bad day. I've been shopping there for years and will continue to do so.
*Update: Ever since the pandemic, calls to the grooming station remain unanswered. Walk ins are hit or miss. This has been going on for years. Very difficult to make an appointment for just a nail trim. Too bad the company can't get their act straight. The groomers continue to do their best and it's not their fault.”

“This is my go to petstore for my pup! Staff is always kind, I actually forgot my phone outting it down for a second to read about a bag of treats .. I called them they heard me calling my phone and put it somewhere safe .. came right back and I was handed jy phone! Thanks girls who were working that day!! Highly recommend you visit either store there's one on both sides of town which is also great ? ? ? ?”
