I can't believe it has come down to even a cashier's cheque issued from another Canadian banking institution, gets a hold on it. And even worse just because the person trying to deposit it is not a client with that bank they will not accept the deposit

Went there on July 30th with a credit card issue and the online app and website were not working. The man helping me was the most patient and compassionate person and went above and beyond. I was extremely stressed and he made the whole process so much better. Did not catch his name but top notch customer service!
