“Bulkzone is one of my favourite establishments in Thunder Bay, they always have a ginormous and diverse selection of imported goods and specialty items. Shopping for staples and pantry goods brings down the price of groceries for me, while also being able to shop locally. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and always working hard.”

“This metro is always busy, With the exception of produce area, aisles are cramped and narrow - there are always things to maneuver around eg pallets of items. They always have what I need and service as usually friendly. They have self check out, regular tills open, and ample parking. The bakery cake selections are always stocked and delicious.”

“There is not better place to get your deli meat on the South side of the city, the prices are much less than the big chain grocery stores, the store is clean and easy to move around in, they often have sales on their beef and chicken. Pleasant cashiers Vegetables can be a bit more expensive, but its a good place to stop and do some middle of the week top ups. I am sure it's also appreciated by the (older) citizens living in the area”

“A produce associate name Jordan looked for me to give me an item that was unavailable after he found it. To my happy reaction he said \\\" I figured you might still be in the store shopping.\\\" This is the best customer service experience I've ever had in a grocery store. It is also very clean and the items are pretty easy to find.”

“I love going to Metro. They have a great selection of products there. Sure other larger conglomerates may have more selection when it comes to international choices, but they have enough to pick from to get what you need. The produce is great quality, I have to cover my eyes and rush past the fresh cakes and pastries to avoid buying something yummy there. Sometimes though my waistline suffers. The carrot cake with coconut flakes and any cheesecake. ? I would also like to point out that you do not have to dig out money to use a cart. This can be really frustrating when you are not prepared or someone in your household has cleaned out your change from your car and you now have to carry a tiny basket around the store that weighs way too much. True story here. Anyway back to Metro. The staff seem really friendly I do see them helping others. Some visits I feel a little ignored at the fish counter. Maybe they are giving me time to browse or they simply can’t see me. I’m kinda short. All in all I love shopping there and will continue to do so.”
