Since then I needed a new ratchet and since sears closed there was nobody local to honor craftsman's lifetime warranty until Timmins Ace Hardware. They said if if didn’t perform the way I expected it to, get me a new one from the shelf and they would honor it even if it wasn’t purchased from them! Thanks Timmins!”

If there is anything outside if his scope of knowledge he goes through the proper channels to obtain accurate information to present a solution if one is possible instead of just assuming and misleading customers. The store is working hard every week as well to slowly increase stock and expand inventory even through covid. Give them a shot!”
