“I had such a great experience with Reegan at TELUS! She took the time to answer all of my questions and was super helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I changed my mind a couple of times, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was being difficult. She made everything so easy and was so kind to deal with. Highly recommend Reegan!”

“Exceeded the words : customer service. These gentlemen upgraded employees plans, saved them money, more data, more minutes, easier payments, even cleaned the screens (looked second nature, just did it while they were servicing the phones SIM cards). Unfortunately I forget their names, because they deserve a raise. Thank you again.”
