My phone was anable to make or receive calls only able to send and receive texts. Dropped in Roger's center in Timmins Square and have to say Christopher who served me was pleasant, took my phone and quickly found damaged sim card which he and had me out in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service and very respectful...

Had a wonderful experience at the store, the staff were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend dropping in when it comes time to upgrade.
