Shoppers appreciate the clean, organized, and big change room area with lots of stalls, mirrors, benches, and hooks. The store also has a handy set of very clean washrooms. The customer service is typically great and the return policy is appreciated. While the line for the cashes can get long, staff are usually good at having other cashiers jump on. The home section is noted as being better than the clothing selection by some.

Been shopping here for over a decade, and will continue to do so. The customer service is good, the staff are always pretty friendly and the selection (for our part of the province) is decent, too. I always stop in here when I'm in Timmins.

Favorite store in the mall, even though I was followed around the store last time. Loved the clothing selection 👌

One of the best places in Timmins to get good deals on the winter clothing. Reasonable price for winter jackets for different brands and sizes. Bought my winter jacket from them on a fair price. Clean and organized place with variety of other products you can shop around.
