I know aritzia is a chain store but I went to the one in Vaughan mills. I came from London and a worker called Julia was very welcoming and very kind, I was only planning on buying a pair of joggers but then she helped me pick out a 2 pairs of joggers and a hoodie which I love soo much so thank youu!!

Sam is an absolute Gem. I cannot remember the last time I had such a pleasant, in store experience. I walked in to get my Aunt a new winter coat and she can be a bit difficult. Sam was patient, kind, knowledgeable, honest and very sweet. She has amazing customer service skills and was a breathe of fresh air.
