“I've had several very positive experiences at this location. I used to rent at another nearby Enterprise, but I've found that this location often has less expensive fees. They have always accommodated to my needs, and made the entire rental process easy. My rental is always ready when I show up, and the staff are always helpful in getting me on my way quickly. They have always been transparent with any pre-existing damage that vehicles have had, and I have never had any issues returning a vehicle with them. I will be happily renting from this location again!”

“The Ford Escape was good overall, but the washer fluid warning light was already on (yellow) when I picked up the vehicle. That itself wasn’t a big issue. The real problem happened when the weather became really bad in London, ON, and I noticed the washer fluid was completely empty. I had to figure out how to refill it with some help. It wouldn’t have been a problem if the fluid had been full in the first place. Apart from that the team was helpful.”

“Rented a vehicle from this location after getting into a fender on by way to work. I did not have my credit card with me (I left it with my wife before leaving for work) and they were able to accommodate me by allowing me to leave a deposit with my visa debit card.
I had the vehicle for an extended period of time and they checked in periodically and even came to me to switch out the vehicles when the initial needed to have an oil change.
They reached out to me to confirm the best way for me to have my deposit returned to me after the car was returned.
