About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers convenient airport and Toronto locations, with easy online booking. The downtown branch provides a very convenient and quick pickup and return process, with a specific location in the P3 parking of 161 Bay St. and return to the Indigo parking garage. Customers report a very good experience with fast service, noting the whole pickup process can take just a few minutes and drop-off is equally smooth, taking no more than three minutes. The staff is consistently described as exceptional, fantastic, and going out of their way to accommodate customers, understanding everyone is in a rush. They offer very good cars, including new, low-mileage vehicles suitable for long road trips. Some customers find the Sunday closing time too early. Overall, the service receives high praise for its combination of great cars, fantastic staff, and efficient process, with many rating it a 10/10 and choosing it as their new local rental location.
