Didn’t have any issues at their Union Station unit. Collection of the car was quick and effective. However, I would encourage this unit to put better signs or directions on the address and location, as I found it quite hard to locate the building and unit.

Always a great and smooth experience when picking up rentals from this branch location. No hidden charges and everything explained super well. The staff is super nice and accommodating! Sarath and his team are doing a wonderful job.

The staff here are the absolute friendliest people. Were were in and out super quick with both pick up and Drop off. Clean office space and vehicles were super clean
