CineCycle is a unique underground cinema and bicycle repair shop founded by Martin Heath in 1991 and based at 401 Richmond since 1994. For over 30 years, it has been a cornerstone of Toronto’s independent and experimental film communities. The Canadian Filmmakers Distribution Centre (CFMDC) is honoured to guide CineCycle into its next chapter—preserving its legacy while continuing to support artists, filmmakers, and community gatherings, where cinema and cycles still coexist.
