Wayyyy too many people smoking or doing drugs around Circle K, went to get a drink, only to be greeted by a man in a green sweater begging for a cigar, its annoying, and the enviorment looks like filth outside

It say 24 hr open but I think who ever is working in the night time never open the doors I have been waiting outside I have seen the guys I called him 3-4 time but always ignore

store is 24/7 open i am outside waiting from 30 mins, Employer is not there and locked door from inside.
