“My experience is mixed but it ended on happy note.
I ordered deliver to store but without any notice my order was cancelled, with issues on refund back to the card being processed but it was delayed by 2 weeks. So I was furious that there is no details with me to track , i could only see the payment I made when I placed the order.
But it was Anne the store manager at TD center who really helped track the information for cancelled order and re-ordered the item for me. It did month to get delivered but in the end I am happy and satisfied.”

“Hoi bo is a unicorn: a rare business, which offers high quality design and high quality execution, in my home town! i was stunned to learn from a staff member that the amazing Exhale Supernova bags are made in Toronto, from fabric designed in collaboration with a Toronto manufacturer. Every time someone admires my bag(s) - i now have three - i make sure to tell them the story.
The clothing also gives delight. The wool jewel neck and ribbed mock neck tops have become weekly staples; i wear my linen pieces all summer, and i always feel comfortable and stylish in the Organic Puffed Cotton separates.
The staff at both locations are uniformly helpful and genuinely enthusiastic about what they sell.
Some of the negative reviews astonish me: for example, people expecting a small independent retailer to offer the same (ridiculous) free shipping or exchange policies of huge retailers. Hoi Bo is a niche business. Their products are not cheap, but neither are they overpriced; in fact, i would say worth every penny. i doubt owner/designer Sarra has drawn a salary anywhere near what she is worth.
i wish Sarra all the best, doing this business in such a tough environment. May more customers find their way to Hoi Bo, and recognise what a gem it is.”

She was so kind and helpful! It's tough to find somewhere plus size women can try on clothes! It was worth the drive for us. We made a Saturday trip of it! Very easy to get to. Lots of parking on the street available. Will be back!”

They have an amazing collection of vintage items from type writers, to camera, to kitchenware, to records and so much more.
Nestled in the heart of the Danforth where all the cool and hipster folks hang out, among the hustle and bustle of cafes and restaurants, why not take a walk inside and travel back in time.
You may just find something very charming that you'll fall in love with from the past!

“Love Duer. The quality is exceptional. The customer service is top notch. The sizing is a little inconsistent across the styles, for example I’m a 33 in the no sweat slim, but a 32 in the relaxed taper, and slim straight. (They do mention this on the slim taper sizing guide and it’s to be expected as different styles will fit differently, I’m just mentioning as a tip). I hope they bring back the limited evergreen colourways, such a rich lovely colour.
I own more pairs of duer pants than any other company. 5 stars”
