Seems to have the best intensions for the customers. Appreciate the thorough explanation. Kind of far from my neighborhood but would recommend for anyone living in the East End.

These kind of shops barely exist anymore because of high rents and stringent regulations but George and Tom contunue to give outstanding personalized service. They have been taking care of my 2006 Ford Escape for many years. They are the best.

George, Tom and the team are the best. I've been bringing my vehicles there for about 20 years. Always honest, very nice people. If you have an aversion to the service departments at dealerships, look no further.
