“Had a flat tire away from home. I called Tire Butler. They were able to accommodate me right away. They came in a very timely manner(I had to wait about 40-45mins) for them to come. Artem P. Was the one who assisted me. He was able to plug the tire and I was on my way within 35mins of his arrival. He was very good, nice and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.”

“Highly recommend Sunny and the team at Excella. Took my 2016 BMW 328i xDrive wagon in for a complete ZF 8-speed transmission service (pan and fluid change). They did an incredible, meticulous job following the strict temperature-fill procedures and gave honest, expert feedback on the internal components. They offered me options for both genuine Nissan parts and generic alternatives, along with the prices for each.

“After having a bad experience at another shop and being new to the city, I started bringing my 2008 Hyundai Accent here about three years ago, and they’ve earned my trust. Chris has built an honest shop, and Rob is always friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.
I know my car is almost 20 years old, and with a vehicle like that there are often hidden issues once the work begins—rust, seized parts, worn components, and all the little surprises that come with age. What I’ve appreciated most is that they never treated my car like it wasn’t worth fixing. Instead, they’ve always taken the time to find practical solutions and do everything they reasonably can to keep it safely on the road.
Over the years I’ve come back because they’ve earned my trust. They’ve been honest about what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and they’ve always tried to help me get the most life possible out of an older vehicle without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs.
