One of the washers broke while I was using it, so I called management to let them know. I noticed the machine was fixed by the following morning. I then got a call from the manager saying that he wanted to give me back my $3.50. He hand delivered the $3.50 to me, which was more than I ever expected - very prompt and friendly...
