It was a welcoming environment and the facility was tidy for a busy evening of member use/workouts. “Amazing studio — such a neighbourhood gem, and I feel so lucky to have it close by. The trainers are incredibly supportive, and the whole space feels refreshing and empowering to work out in. The music is great, Brianna's classes will especially kick your butt, and Kelly is such an intuitive and attentive coach. She really pays attention to your individual needs from day one and helps tailor workouts and plans that support your body and help you grow stronger—without pushing you too hard too fast. “I really liked this gym. I went here for a month while I had the one-month promotional offer. I attended mainly their cycle classes, but occasionally also did their HIIT and yoga classes. The instructors are all very nice and the interior is nice and cozy. Sometimes you would find a lot of people in the HIIT and yoga classes, which meant there wasn't a ton of room, but it was fine. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to try it out!”

“This is a sparkling, high-energy fitness facility at the Galleria Mall. I signed up for a one-month promo and started coming on weekday mornings.The workouts are similar in length and intensity (HIIT-style) to what I have done at Fuel Training Club (Roncy and East locations) but, unlike Fuel or a Crossfit-style gym, there is no "rig" in the centre of the space for setting up one's own barbells and plates.I found it relatively easy to pick up the format and rhythm of the classes. The team is friendly and helpful. In particular, I appreciated the clear explanation of the fairly flexible cancellation policy (free cancellation up to 1 hour before a class, except for 6 a.m. classes, which are free cancellation up to 9:30 p.m. the night before) and the generous late cancel waiver after I got it mixed up one time! I will be considering coming back after the promo for sure.Overall, while there is less focus on advanced technique than at Fuel (so far there have been no Turkish get-ups or double unders in the programming), I found the workouts fun and they have kept me coming back. Handy water bottle filler, allgender bathrooms and a nice single-person shower room.”

“My son goes to VRTU's regular classes, which are great. He just joined the summer camp for the first time and he had so much fun. VRTU's programs are very well designed, with lots of diverse types activities that keep kids happy and engaged throughout the day. We are so happy and will definitely return next year.”

“Quad Fit set me up with a 3-D machine to take a photo and measurements of my whole body when I first started. Then, with Mahtab’s help, I learned about the Electronic Muscle Stimulation pads that can be placed on my muscles to make them work more. Mahtab also found me two awesome trainers. I was with the beautiful Mahtan for a couple of weeks and now I’ve been with Shirin about 2 and a half months. She’s smart, fun, and caring. She not only provides me with a great workout that continues to get harder and never repeats, she also knows how to work with people my age. Shirin then introduced me to Dr Abazar. So now, I’ve lost over 17 cm around my waist. And lots more around other areas. Inside my body, I’ve reduced the percent of fat, increased the amount of muscle and the percent of water. Quad Fit is really a club because all these professionals, and others, are supporting me, while I’m listening to great music. Parking is free. The location is easy to find. Yes, clearly, I love this place and cannot recommend the staff highly enough!!”

“I joined BOMB a little over a year ago, and this is the first time I've ever stuck to any kind of workout routine for over a few months. The instructors are kind, supportive and know when to push you but also let you workout at your own pace. The classes are incredible, and as someone who never did strength training before, it felt approachable with the people in the class helping as well as the instructors fostering such a fun environment.

I've not only felt the physical strength improving but also the mental benefits have been incredible. It's now one of my tools to get myself in a better place on a bad day or just upkeeping my mental health generally. I cannot recommend enough!

Especially love the Dynamite Strength classes with Niamh and Rachel, as well as Hustle classes with Karen.”

“I really enjoy these style of workouts - there's something for everyone! As someone on their weight-lifting journey, I really love the weight-lifting inspired classes. They've really levelled-up my routine. The instructors are very positive and know how to kick your ass ... lol. My only feedback is that sometimes the equipment (e.g., bala bands) is a little smelly. I know everyone sanitizes after use, but I guess it's hard to upkeep. Overall, a great workout spot that isn't just pilates, with very kind, supportive instructors.”

“Striation6 has been my go to gym for years. It’s always extremely clean, it’s never too busy that you have to wait longer than a set at most for a machine, and staff is always around to answer any questions. The community is very friendly and it’s a safe and welcoming environment for anyone who’s scared to try a new gym for the first time. “This gym is in a new phase of life. Not that there was anything wrong with it before. I found this gym in late 2019, Covid hit, and they pivoted into some of the best outdoor workouts around. Rain, wind, snow we were out their barbells and all!! This year the original owners sold to one of their best coaches and his wife, equally gifted, Bernard and Jess. The attention and care they give to their members is second to none, they foster community, pushing yourself as far as you want to go, without pressuring, and truly take an interest in all members. Its not uncommon to see them there at 630 am and still at 7 PM with private clients. They have also hired some amazing coaches to assist them who bring their own individual strengths to the classes. If you are looking for a gym with a true sense of community ( everyone knows everyone regardless of the class or time of day you go) and caring, want to just get in shape or learn a new skill, or really push yourself to another Crossfit level, this gym is for you. Best decision I ever made in joining, and even better in staying with Bernard and Jess taking over. An outstanding place to be!!”
