Found a decent marble side table. No help to bring it to cash. Brought it downstairs. Noticed a pretty big chip on the edge of the marble. Showed cashier. She discounted it $2. Decided to leave it as the chip was very bad. Feel horrible for the person who ends up with it. Manager was cold and rude. I would have picked up another marble table that I liked. Different style. Although this side table is being sold and the marble is literally cracked in to two. Didn't even bother inquiring about this one as it's literally garbage. Crazy that it's still being sold on the sales floor. Prefer other locations too bad this location is closest to me.

Paying customers shopping for long periods of time and you won't let them use the washroom? I completely get having a key and keeping it locked but paying customers should be allowed to use it. That's wild

A suitable place for me to shop for home furnishings. I bought a set of Italian discounted glasses. The more I thought about it when I returned to Hong Kong, the more it was worth it.

On Saturday, I went to Homesense to get a carpet and a garbage bin for my home, I also ended up getting a beautiful watch. Long story short, the 2 women working st the cashier were very pleasant, full of good energy and very helpful. I can't forget the great customer service experience I received, many thanks for the front line team for their great experience and guidance!

There are only items for the kitchen and home, similar to Winners and Marschalls, but this one has a lot more items and is better. I think the price is the same.

The staff here are SO LOVELY. Sometimes I want to walk in just to get some of their energy & good vibes. There’s one particular lady who works the register who is an absolute joy to be around. Super convenient location & great service!

The store is bright and clean. Merchandise seems somewhat limited these days. Very much "Winners" like, so if you don't find it in this store try the other end of the mall. The staff are friendly and helpful. Sale prices could be a bit better - especially with after Christmas merchandise.
