HomeSense is a suitable place to shop for home furnishings and decor. Customers have found great deals on items such as discounted Italian glasses, carpets, garbage bins, and watches. The staff are consistently praised for their excellent customer service, described as very pleasant, full of good energy, and helpful. The store is often compared to similar discount retailers like Winners and Marshalls, but with a larger selection of items for the kitchen and home. Customers appreciate the convenient location and bright, clean store environment, although some note the merchandise can be limited at times. Overall, HomeSense provides a pleasant shopping experience with friendly staff and good value on a variety of household items.
Signy was so polite and friendly at checkout! She made the whole interaction really pleasant and was just genuinely lovely to deal with. Great customer service :)

This is my most favourite HomeSense! When I still lived in Toronto and worked downtown, I would go every single day (seriously). I have visited other stores, but none are like this one. Now that I don't live in Toronto anymore I miss this place like crazy! I'll visit the city specifically to go shopping here. Love it.

Would be five stars in the elevator and/or the escalator wasn’t out of service every time I visit. Items seem to be marked down more frequently than other locations which is a big plus in my book
