“I absolutely love this store.
Although the floor space isn’t very large, it has two levels.
On the first floor, you’ll find dishes, cups, kitchenware, snacks, and pet supplies.
The second floor features bedding, bath items, furniture, lighting, and decorative pieces.
I can easily spend a few hours here.
There are so many items that look high-end but are very affordable, and shopping here feels like a treasure hunt.
I also love that they carry plenty of seasonal items for Halloween, Christmas, and more depending on the time of year.
The cashiers are always polite and pleasant, which makes the shopping experience even better.”

“Hopson Grace (HG) is a wonderful oasis of both the elegant and practical. They have attentive staff and their products are beautifully displayed.I have to admit a certain bias though. HG has been selling my salad bowls, platters and high-end wood turnings since they first opened in 2015.As a supplier they have been very good to me. As a customer, they have been excellent.The store is fun to visit and online shopping from home is easy and enjoyable.All covid protocols are in place creating a comfortable environment.”

“We ordered all of our plumbing finishes and hardware from gingers for our entire house. Our sales rep was Madeleine who is the absolute best. The reason I know this is because with a huge order there will always be hiccups and she was always pleasantly there to help and get things right. You are in the best of hands if you get to work with her.Lastly, but definitely not least; is Karen. I recently just called to enquire if our hardware arrived and she was the most lovely person to talk to. She was extra polite and super helpful. It really made my day talking to someone who was genuinely kind and cares about what she does.Thank you ladies you really made our experience great. I know it can’t be easy working with high end products as the expectations are always so high but you two went beyond any of the highest expectations.5 stars+”

“Been going to 5 home depots for the past 6 months for a major renovation and ranking them all now. Have very mixed reviews for this location but overall good service.
Flooring lady was very patient, gave really good advice and also helped me set up a HD credit card and Pro account.
Most of the other departments had friendly and knowledgeable staff and found the time to help me find the items I needed.
The lumber department was the only department not helpful. Instead of cutting something for me they told me to go look for something else instead and walked away. If I found something more suitable I would have. That was the only negative encounter at this location.”
