I have been coming to this studio for seven years, and find the quality of the classes exceptionally high: Olivia, Chris, Jay, Priyanka, Linseed and many other instructors offer authenticity and beautiful sequencing and elevate the physical practice with mindfulness in a grounding atmosphere.
